All pieces of Micaela Dietrich Jewellery are entitled to full repairs or replacement within the first six months of purchase due to manufacturing faults, please see Returns and Exchanges.
In addition to this and as part of an exciting recycling initiative, I am providing a repairs service for precious jewellery pieces that have lost their sparkle.
Precious metals retain, if not increase, their value over time. Unlike many other products jewellery is an investment, it is crucial to look after your pieces of treasure with the utmost care.
I am encouraging my community to repair their collection rather than throw away or replace. It is important that we consider our affect on the environment along with preserving the priceless memories often associated with jewellery treasures.
